This is our family home located in Montgomery Estates off Pioneer Trail. It has a large yard surrounding the house that is perfect for playing, eating and entertaining outside. The house is 2200 sq ft with the main living area downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. There are 3 full bathrooms (1 downstairs and 2 upstairs). The house has a large garage and plenty of on site parking.
There are all kinds of hiking, biking and jogging trails right from the house. Trout Creek access is 2 houses away down the hill. You can reach the Columbine/Powerline route by going left and the Golden Bear/Airport trails by going right (crossing Pioneer Trail). There is also a trail from the back of the house that crosses Marshall Trail and will lead you to Sierra House Elementary School. Our house is perfect for families visiting Lake Tahoe, this is not a bachelor weekend or party house.
