Positive: Very calm neighborhood. The apartment is really spacious, the kitchen is very complete and useful. There is also an elevator in the property.

Negative: We understand there may not have been another option, but having sheets hanging in guest areas made the experience feel a bit awkward. We also found the very long list of rules and penalties somewhat harsh—it felt like being reprimanded before even checking in. We understand the intention behind them, but a shorter list or a friendlier tone might improve the first impression. Ultimately, our score is mainly due to the dated bathroom/plumbing and the very uncomfortable beds. The mattress in particular really needs updating.
