This beautiful, bright and cheery 6-bedroom, 6-1/2 bath home is located on the walkway, just 150 steps to the beach! Downstairs is a generous master suite with a king bed, as well as a pull-out twin. A second bedroom, also on the first floor has a queen bed. Upstairs are three bedrooms, all with queen beds, one of which has a private balcony overlooking the pool/spa area. A separate set of stairs off the kitchen leads to a large bonus room with 4 twin beds and 2 with trundle beds. All bedrooms have private baths.
The kitchen is well-equipped with top-of-the-line Wolf/Subzero appliances. It has an eating area that seats 4, as well as 4 kitchen barstools. The dining room table comfortably seats 10 people with a butler’s pantry between the dining room and the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a sink and extra-large capacity washer and dryer.
Doors from the family room, living room, and master bedroom all lead out to a large, private pool and spa with generous seating and a large Weber propane grill.
A Ping-Pong table and Cornhole game are located in the garage, along with a second refrigerator.
