Offers 3 queen beds in 3 large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, large modern kitchen, L-shaped spacious dining and living rooms. Floors consists of quality hardwood, engineered vinyl plank and professionally installed tiles in washrooms. The backyard provides relax table and chairs.

Three spacious bedrooms with queen beds. So much attention paid to the beds which have cleaned and ironed bed sheets, Hygienic covers for mattrass, box springs and bed frames to raise beds from floor. Quality zebra blinds provide shade/ darkness for late morning sleep. Large windows for natural light, fresh air, as well as standing fans provided. Masters bedroom has private 4 piece bathroom and Wall-mounted TV.
KITCHEN
Spacious and has bay windows. Offers stainless steel appliances such as stove, fridge, dishwasher. Two coffee machines, kettle, pots, cook spoons, cutlery, microwave, quality quartz countertops. Stacked laundry in the kitchen area.

Maximum number of Guests is 6. Approval needed for additional Guest after 6, for max of 8 Guests.
LOCATION,
Location is excellent. Lots of amenities are walking distances, such as the Marlborough mall, Trans-Canada shopping mall. Three bus routes to Marlborough train station, just about 6minutes away. Minutes from village square leisure centre. 10 minutes from Calgary down town, and Calgary Stampede ground. Quiet community, my neighbours are seniors, plse do show them some love.

-Delayed checkout after 11am without Host's prior written/text message approval, violation= $50 for every 30mins.
