Contemporary and newly refurbished, this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, with large private swimming pool, is situated in the village of Podi (close to Herceg Novi) on a hillside overlooking Boka Bay. Excellent for families with kids or large groups of friends, the Villa is spacious, well equipped in contemporary style and set over 3 floors, so giving everyone space and privacy. It is elegant and well furnished with cozy atmosphere. The pool and pool area are furnished with sunbeds and there is also an elevated terrace with a shaded dining area near it. There is plenty of outside sitting areas on two separate sides of the house. The house comprises 3 levels:
1. Lower ground floor: a double bedroom with a new en-suite bathroom, and a living room that opens up onto a huge terrace surrounded with greenery, furnished with a large dining table & chairs;
2. Upper ground floor: Double bedroom 2 and a family bathroom. A large, open plan kitchen - diner - sitting room that opens up onto a back garden. This garden extends to the poolside sun-terrace, plus an additional, furnished, dining terrace
3. First floor: balcony which offers stunning views, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms:
- an extra large family bedroom (a king size bed and bunk beds, can sleep up to 4 and a baby if needed). Access to balcony.
- A double bedroom with access to balcony.
- A double bedroom without balcony.
- A corridor that separates the bedrooms and leads to the bathroom.
The pool area is furnished with enough sunbeds, and there is an elevated, shaded dining terrace. There is plenty of outside seating and sunbathing space on two separate sides of the house, for a large group to enjoy and have privacy too. The guests can enjoy a great BBQ too.
There is a well-stocked food shop as well as a café, within 8min walking distance from the house. The Villa is about 10mins drive away from the nearest beach, Herceg Novi centre and the nearest large supermarket.
The villa offers:
- Four double bedrooms; plus family bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds (suitable for 2 adults or kids), plus a baby cot (which can be moved to any of the bedrooms, as needed.
- 2 bedrooms with balcony sea views of Boka Bay.
- Three contemporary bathrooms with showers and WC (one en-suite).
- Open plan kitchen - diner with all equipment included. Dishwasher. kettle, toaster, baby chair etc.
- The dining room has access to the garden and poolside sun-terrace via large door which extends the living space to the outside.
-A small living room on the ground floor, with a large sofa and satellite TV. It extends to the south garden/terrace furnished with a large dining table and chairs. This part of the garden gets plenty of shade so it's cool and pleasant even when it's very hot.
-Poolside terraces. Next to the pool there is an elevated terrace, convenient for relaxing, or drinks, dining etc, It is shielded from the midday sun by thick vines. The pool and adjoining terraces are lit in the evening.
- Utility room with washing machine is located at the back of the house.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
The property is cleaned weekly with towels and linen included in the rental price. The pool is cleaned daily. Fresh towels and bed linen provided every week.

About 10min drive up the hill, in the scenic village called Kameno there are new cycling and walking paths recently created for those who wish to enjoy the stunning nature on foot or on bicycles which can be hired here. This area is ideal for instant relaxation, yet slose to all town amenities. Historic cities of Dubrovnik, Kotor and Perast are all within an hour’s drive.
