The Space:
Featuring stylish floorboards throughout all the common areas, you’ll enter the apartment into an entrance hall with lovely artworks and a gas heater. To the right, you’ll find a spacious living area with a comfy 3-seater sofa, coffee table, a rug for winter comfort and a ‘smart’ TV. There’s also a couple of occasional chairs with a little table of their own and a dining table for 6 people. A gas heater and wall-mounted reverse cycle air con unit ensure your preferred temperature all year round. French doors lead out to a paved courtyard with a Weber barbecue and outdoor seating. Back in the entrance hall, to the left you’ll find a good sized kitchen with plenty of bench space, a family-sized Fisher & Paykel fridge, Bosch dishwasher, gas cooktop, under-bench oven, microwave and Lavazza coffee pod machine. 
The apartment comes with 2 available bedrooms, both carpeted, with queen-sized beds, gas heaters, block out blinds, venetians and sheer curtains to create your preferred lighting. One bedroom has a spacious walkthrough area behind the bed for clothes while the other has a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The apartment’s main bathroom provides a shower and separate medium sized bathtub. There’s also a European style laundry in the hallway with a front loader LG washing machine and a separate wall-mounted Fisher & Paykel clothes dryer.

St Kilda is an inner seaside Melbourne suburb just 6 kilometres from the CBD (Downtown). The apartment itself is in a great location. Fancy a pub meal? It’s just a short drive (or 25 minute walk) to the eateries, bakeries and bars in Acland Street, including the Acland Court shopping centre, which has a Coles supermarket, Priceline Pharmacy, Celebrations bottle shop and a diverse selection of other retail stores. Just a little further and you’ll come to St Kilda beach, Luna Park, and the Palais Theatre. * Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is the case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
