Positive: Beds are very comfortable and showers powerful.

Negative: No instructions to work the cooker . The outside fence and area is in need of repair . The lounge was not clean but everywhere else was . Inside is looking a bit worn . Picture on wall not hung as hook broke and toilet roll holders in both bathrooms all rusty .
