Positive: Very nice place on a cliff with a large terrace facing the sea, situated right between the old town and the beach, both can be reached within 5 minutes walk. The owner is very friendly and hospitable. Rooms are equipped with everything you need, large refrigerator, water boiler and kitchenware outside of the room are to be shared with other guests on each floor. The terrace on the lower floor is equipped with sun chairs, regular chairs, tables, sun shades, clotheshorse, and nicely decorated with plants (rooms on the upper floor have smaller, individual balconies).

Negative: The location is generally quiet and pleasant. Only on a few evenings of our stay there were live concerts on the beach which you can hear quite loud up here on the hill. This is not a problem per se (if you like the music). But twice there were two concerts at two different venues on the beach at the same time, and to hear a cacophonous mix of 70s rock and Greek folk music for 3 hours is quite maddening and makes a quiet, relaxing evening on the terrace impossible. I recommend going into town for a few drinks when this happens. Or bring ear plugs.
