Positive: The location was great. Wifi was fast and reliable for working remotely. We generally don't mind noises. Great access to money exchange, 24h shopping (carrefour), all kinds of services (mall, shops, beauty salons, etc.) and restaurants.

Negative: 1) check-in/payment experience - asked to pay on arrival. Received message that they accepted cash in ARS, USD or Euro. We brought USD. On check-in, the host refused to accept bills smaller than $100. Told us we must go to exchange all the smaller bills ourselves at a money exchange then pay in ARS. But when asked how much ARS, they refused to provide us with a total. For foreigners who don't know this - there are different exchange rates in Argentina, the official rate, and the blue rate. Within that, there are different exchange rates for $100 bills (good rate), and bills smaller than $100 (bad rate). the property owner was trying force us to take the worst exchange rate, pay them in ARS at the other rate so they could benefit from currency arbitrage, while we paid for it. We decided to walk away from the booking, only then did the host agree to take our cash. We didn't know about this trick when we landed in Argentina and took a hit already in Mendoza the previous week. So we were not going to put up with it a 2nd time. 2) inaccurate advertisement of services - advertised as having laundry, which was one of three reasons we booked. But there is no laundry in the unit or the building, we had to take our clothes to outside laundry facilities and pay for them. When we asked the property owner, the answer was "it was a mistake". The ad also claimed "daily cleaning services", which was not available at all. We were given mops and cleaning detergent to clean ourselves. Despite us booking stay for 17 days, they refused to provide even 1 more clean without charge. We were also given sheets to change ourselves, and a total of 2 towels per person for our 17-day stay.

Summary: Not good for longer stays (we stayed 17 days); potentially not good for foreigners.
