This romantic charmer, right on Livingston Beach in West Malibu, is perfect for vacationers looking for a nice quiet beach without a lot of people, in essence a semi-private beach. Be alert and you may even see pods of dolphins cavorting in the water from your oceanfront balcony, great room, or master bedroom.
This stunning, rustic but modern 1,437 sq. ft. beachfront home in West Malibu epitomizes peaceful beach side living. It's well-appointed spacious interior is highlighted by cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows and this home is artfully surrounded by various colorful Mediterranean gardens.
The spacious cathedral ceiling great room features unobstructed ocean views, a mid-century cooper drum wood burning stove, and clusters of comfortable furniture from which to enjoy it all.
There is an ocean view dining area for 4-6 seamlessly incorporated into the great room as is a beautiful kitchen with two 50-gallon fish tanks and stainless steel appliances including a double wide refrigerator. This spacious kitchen makes it easy to create meals and snacks for your family/guests.
A luxurious king master suite has access to the ocean front patio and floor to ceiling windows showcasing the shimmering Pacific and its complimentary colorful sunsets. It also features an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower, a spacious walk-in closet, and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment.
There is an additional Cabana room located behind the main house with a walkway between the main house and this space. The room has its own full bath with a walk-in shower and has 2 twin banquettes. All are furnished with premiere linens for your every comfort.
This home also has WIFI and cable, a washer and dryer, and parking is available in the driveway.

There are 15 stair steps from the Pacific Coast Highway to this home, so it may not be appropriate for everyone.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze.
