Due to Covid-19, the property is available for 30 night minimum. This allows for safety of all parties, as well as ample time to quarantine upon arrival. The home is disinfected weekly and deep cleaned and disinfected in between guests.

Mid-Zentury by-the-Sea is a beautifully updated Eichler style home nestled in the urban forest known as Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA. This 2000+ square foot home was completely remodeled and meticulously updated in 2015.
This split level 2 bedroom/2 bath home sits on a very private oversized lot and is a quick walk to the beach and only 3 blocks into town. The home is very well appointed and boasts 1 King master suite with en suite bathroom and 1 Queen guest room with a bathroom located just outside of the room, a functional utility area and office, and a professional kitchen complete with every utensil and appliance your inner chef may need including an outdoor BBQ and herb garden with Meyer lemon trees that fruit all year long. The patio also boasts a gas fire pit and seating for 6.
There is driveway parking for up to 2 cars.
The home is filled with natural light and is beautifully appointed with Thermador professional appliances including a Thermador professional steam convection oven, gas range, quartz countertops, Egyptian glass mosaic tile showers, warm walnut flooring, comfortable Danish modern design furnishings, and original art. The home is stocked with cleaning supplies, paper products, EO organic bath and body products and 100% Egyptian cotton linens, towels, and robes for your use.
We, the owners of this home, have taken great care in trying to ensure your every need is met for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a gift of sparkling wine and sea salt caramels both from local, family owned manufacturers.
