Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, the duplex has a lovely front porch and backyard seating/entertaining area with fire pit and BBQ. Walking distance to bustling 4th avenue, Broadway, and 10 minute walk to famous Kitsilano Beach, where you can catch the sunset, play volleyball, swim in Canada's longest outdoor pool, all at our oceanfront! With friendly neighbours, if you have kids (or not), this place is PERFECT for your Vancouver city getaways.
The kitchen is a host's dream with a central island and bar stool, a convection bake oven/microwave and large oven and large fridge. It's bright, warm and inviting. You are sure to feel at home here!
