Positive: The location was fantastic! There is a balcony overlooking the ocean with a dining table and other seating that provided a wonderful oasis. The beaches in Ventimiglia are the most relaxing beaches that we experienced on our trip! The A/C worked great and the property is very secure (several keys needed). The host even met us at the train station to help us with our luggage. Also, there is a small elevator to get up the 5 flights of stairs. It was very appreciated!

Negative: The host wants to keep the floors nice, so we needed to “skate” across the floor on little pads. It was a bit awkward and I think something was lost in translation. Really, just take off your shoes, or if you want to keep them on, use the skating pads under your shoes. :). I really did like everything about the property, this was just awkward.

Summary: A beautiful place to stay in a GORGEOUS location.
