Welcome to our 3BR home in Sundown Drive. This spacious 3-bedroom home offers breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups. As you enter, you'll be greeted by impressive ocean views through the wall of windows. The main level features beautiful hardwood floors and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Our home offers simplicity and comfort for your stay. With its superb accommodations, this vacation suite can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests.

We've customized our place with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Centrally located, you'll have easy access to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, allowing you to enjoy the scenic beauty of nature for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. We prioritize cleanliness and maintain a sanitized environment to ensure your safety and enhance your overall experience

Guests have access to the upper space and will not be going to share this with any other guests.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 8 am
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests

2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.

2. Late Check-Out:

Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).

3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:

We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM

The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.

We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.

Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
