Positive: It was roomy so my kids, wife and I wasn't jammed in. Parking was right in front of my room.
Negative: Spendy and my room was like 50ft from the street so I was woken up by 5:30am from the traffic. There was animal hair in the bed.( I hope it wasn't back hair)
