Summary: The air-conditioning options in the room were inadequate. At check-in, I mentioned twice that the air-conditioning system wasn’t working properly to lower the temperature in the room. Furthermore, when I chose the all-inclusive option, I didn’t anticipate that they would serve the world’s poorest-quality drinks.
