Cozy 3- bedroom bungalow in peaceful Sauble beach with WiFi & private beach!Enjoy a peaceful stay at with 4 beds in a bungalow located so close to Sauble beach. Nestled in the heart of Sauble beach community, this beautiful property offers a serene escape for guests. The cozy bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. With 2 bathrooms, including a bathtub and a hair dryer, you'll have all the amenities you need. The additional living room space, complete with a queen beds, provides a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
Fully furnished , Huge backyard, bunkie, beautiful sunset from deck , bbq on site, fire pit ( bring your own wood) , laundry is also available with drying rack and dryer, drinking water filter installed in kitchen , basic utensils are available too!
Private beach access from cottage and only 7 mins drive to main Sauble beach area with ample choices for food and activities! Please note : As our cottage is nestled in the woods, you may come across spiders and their webs — they are part of the natural environment.
The cottage runs on a septic system and has its own well water (not connected to city water). Please be mindful of frequent flushing, and note that the water may occasionally have a slight smell due to the natural well source.
In the event of a power outage, you may notice a reduction in water pressure or availability, as the water pump operates on electricity.
