We are located 10 minutes walk from the centre of Kingsbridge. The beautiful and renowned Salcombe is a short drive also.

The house is located in a residential area walking distance to town.

There is a charcoal BBQ, a fire-pit and an outdoor dining area on the patio in the garden which is South-West facing. There is plenty of space in the garden for soaking in the sun and it is enclosed for little ones to play.
We have a vegetable patch we sometimes get the time to plant in Spring, you are welcome to peruse. (Your little ones may need supervision, however this area is cordoned off)
You can rent a hot tub and have it installed ready for your arrival. Contact us or Salcombe Hot-tubs for details.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We also have an espresso machine and a nutribullet.
There is high speed broadband and a smart TV with lots of apps you are welcome sign into.
There is also parking right outside the front door, instant hot water and black out curtains/blinds in each room.
We can provide a travel cot, high chair, stair gate and some child friendly tableware should your stay require any. We also have feeding bowls to help make your pet feel at home too :-)
Bed linen and bath towels provided.
There are three bedrooms. The house will comfortably sleep 6, plus any infants, but can sleep 7 if you let us know in advance. We can arrange a floor mattress in the lounge. Each person staying needs to be booked in.
We enjoy hosting our home for the school holidays and are very eager to help you enjoy your stay so don't hesitate to ask if you'd like some tips on how to enjoy the area or something that will make your stay particularly comfortable.
Location
We are located less than 10 minutes walk to Kingsbridge town and a little more on the way back to allow for the hill! It was voted one of the best towns in the UK recently, so a very quant local town to avail of. Kingsbridge has amazing restaurants and cafes, boutique shops, and a host of pubs too.
There are walks from the house with beautiful scenery, hills, an estuary and the local countryside towards West Charleton or Buckland Tout Saints. We are within walking distance to the local parks, the town and the beautiful Kingsbridge estuary.
So much to do!
We are located a quick drive from so many beautiful beaches in the South Hams; Salcombe, Thurlestone, Hope Cove, Bantham, Slapton Sands, Soar Mill Cove and Blackpool Sands are all between 10 and 15 minutes drive, and Mill Bay in East Portmelouth is 20 minutes.
Salcombe town is a 10 minute drive, as is Woodlands Family Theme Park. Dartmouth, Totnes, Gara Rock and the infamous pub in East Prawle The Pigs Nose is a must see and a 20 minute drive also. The South West coastal path is accessed from several different points all within 10-20 minutes of the house.
Plymouth and Exeter city are a 50 minute drive, as is the wondrous Dartmoor.

There are a few steps up and down to be aware of on entering the property and entering the patio also there is a step down.
There is also a slope in the garden from the patio to the grass area. We have put steps in place for access.
They are not too difficult but perhaps a task to master for little ones.
