Leave the everyday grind and surround yourself with the desert landscape. Enjoy the quiet or let the sounds of nature lull you. If you need humans and restaurants, you are less than 15 min away from Downtown JT and 10 min away from Downtown Twentynine Palms. The entrance to JT National Park is about 15 min away. Guest will have the entire cabin on 5 acres of open desert.

Other things to note
1) ENERGY - We were originally off the grid, but because we wanted a more consistent and enjoyable experience for our guests, we went on the grid. We are very energy conscious. We ask you to be mindful of your power usage.
2) THE WIFI - It is the strongest available, but it can get wonky out in the middle of the desert. We have done zoom calls and video meetings regularly. We are able to stream movies/shows on Netflix, Amazon, etc. But if more than one device is on streaming or video, it does slow down.
3) THE QUIRKS - We offer an indoor tub for warm bubble baths, however, the indoor shower is tempermental; the hot water can get very warm, so we recommend that you take a lovely bath after a long hike. The good news is that we have a wonderful outdoor shower, should you prefer a shower.
4) PLEASE NOTE - Before you book, keep in mind we are not a five star luxury property. This is a COZY desert cabin best enjoyed by people who want the simple things. The cabin is stocked with BASIC amenities meant for two people (at most) sharing one bed. We have provided basic cooking tools and knives that are for stove top cooking. We also have a few glass oven safe pans, should you desire to use the oven. Bath towels, hand towels, and face towels are provided for you, and a few extras are in the closet if you need more. You can always contact our property team should you need additional.
5) The cabin has been available for long-term rental. We require professional cleaning every two weeks, which you will be billed for separately, and we would add to VRBO price at the time of booking.
6) Do note that we require govt ID submitted to VRBO to book the cabin.
