For rent a charming late 19th century villa completely renovated by an architect in 2019/2020, providing it with the comfort of a modern house while keeping its authenticity, on a large plot, adorned with century-old cypress trees.
Our family house is ideally located, on a classified site, in the Bois de la Chaize, 300 meters from the Plage des Dames and one kilometer from the town of Noirmoutier en l'ile, in a privileged environment close to nautical pleasures and many activities, all reachable by bicycle. The house can accommodate 8 to 10 people maximum, with 4 bedrooms upstairs and one on the ground floor. Large living room with fireplace, 60mยฒ dining room with American style kitchen and central island under veranda. Two bathrooms and two separate toilets. The house benefits from a heated swimming pool from June to September.
