The Space:
Upstairs will delight the senses - the large open plan living with glass stacker doors opens out onto the fabulous large front balcony, capturing those amazing sea views. This will be an entertainer's delight - with the doors wide open, the inside living space flows out onto the balcony making those warm summer days one to absolutely savour and enjoy. Outside entertaining area has a table and chairs and a BBQ.
Living area has lots of seating area as well as a large TV. Also Ducted heating and cooling throughout the home.
The kitchen features all Bosch appliances, gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine(Nespresso capsules only purchased from Nespresso), large breakfast bar with stools and a mirror splashback reflecting Middleton Beach.
Dining area has a two seat benches as well as 8 chairs plenty of room for the whole family.
The master bedroom with a king size bed is upstairs and comes with a generous walk in robe, ceiling fan and a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom with double vanity and large shower alcove.
Bonus appointed powder room for guests is also located upstairs.
