Positive: The staff were very kind and they also helped me when I was double charged. They checked everything and immediately agreed that I had been double charged. The spa was really nice and the stay was super comfortable. We also had to call for extra pillows because I am 7months pregnant and there were an assortment of pillows to choose from!

Negative: I think I would not have been double charged initially if the trainee had been monitored by a more senior staff member. However the trainee was very professional but since it was booked with booking.com it is already prepaid which I don’t think the trainee was aware of.

Summary: Comfortable, relaxing, accommodating.
