Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.

Our Villa Niobe is situated in the popular location of Marquesa V (Denia), this sunny and quiet location is about 3.5 km from the town centre, and about 4 km from the beach. The town centre of Denia offers many shops, restaurants, bars and if you wish you can take the fast ferry from Denia to Formentera in 2 hours or Ibiza in 3 hours. Also both airports, Alicante and Valencia, are only about 100 km away. Do you play golf? The golf courses of La Sella or Oliva Nova are also within easy reach.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 15kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your E-Mail/Chat and within 10 minutes you will receive the contract to be signed by the credit card holder. The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival.
