With 2 outdoor showers, BBQ, large deck, and an 85 inch TV, aircon, the studio for the kids, this is THE perfect beach abode. & once again, direct beach access!

MORE IMPORTANT STUFF:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is THIRTEEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up toSIXpeople. No more than a maximum of NINETEENpeople are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
* Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the home, only permitted outside on the balcony and all windows must be closed. All cigarette butts must be disposed of appropriately. If any smoking or cigarette items are found outside, there will be a $500 additional fee.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is prior to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in than 3 pm and we are able to accommodate your request, there may be an additional charge. If you check out later than 10 am, there will be an additional charge of $50.
THINGS TO KNOW
* This property is suitable for babies or children and we provide a travel cot, however we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up. We do not provide a highchair, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
* Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* Private off-street parking & a fully enclosed yard, enough for two large cars in the driveway (refer to listing photos) and 2 cars up on the front yard outside the gate. You can also park on the street curbside for free.
* The chair swing is NOT for children’s use unless supervised by an adult.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

Collingwood Beach, in the heart of Jervis Bay, has worldwide fame for the 'whitest sands in the world' campaign. Head to the beach on a blue sky day & you'll soon know why! It is truly spectacular. Collingwood Beach stretches for more than 3km & at "The Bayside" you'll have direct beach access - what more could you want! . The sands are perfect, water crystal clear & you'll often spot dolphins swimming close to shore.
Vincentia has become popular so staying in the village here is the best way to enjoy the area on foot. There are many local cafes, Coles only a 5-minute walk and the new Stockland building a 2-minute drive away - making it perfect for stocking up on snacks & alcohol. Also on your doorstep is White Sands Walk, which traces the shoreline through the bush all the way to Vincentia (where we have direct access), Hyams Beach (to the right of our beach) & Huskisson (to the left of our beach). You can walk for nearly 9km without leaving the water's edge & discover many beautiful beaches including Greenfield, Blenheim, Nelsons, Orion, Collingwood & Huskisson along the way.
By car, The Booderee National Park, a nature lover's paradise is home to secluded beaches & breathtaking bush is a ten minute drive away. Vincentia with its large supermarkets & other amenities is less than 2 minutes by drive, or for the Coles 5 minutes by foot or less than 30 seconds in the car. The bustling village of Huskisson & its boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, breweries, boat tours & water sports is also only minutes away.
