This three bedroom home has been completely renovated from the original construction. It is located on a brick paved street in a very nice vintage downtown neighborhood. It is close to many of the most popular downtown entertainment venues, the civic center and Amarillo's minor league baseball stadium, Hodge Town, is within walking distance. The neighbor is very well maintained and provides an excellent area to walk and view some of the earlier built homes in downtown Amarillo.
Two cars can be parked in the driveway in front of the house and two can fit in the garage with an alley entrance. Limited free curbside parking is available on either side of the street in front of the home. Sidewalks are in front of all homes in the area, offset a few feet from the street making walking in the neighborhood a pleasure.

Summary: First I would say we would stay here again. It is so easy to get to from the highway and the neighborhood is very cute. It’s very clean and fun to stay in an old home. The only glitch was that the door code did not work. We called and texted with no response from manager. We finally used an emergency code for the lock box to get in. There was no communication from the owner checking to make sure we got into the property. We were lucky we got to the property early enough to stand around and keep trying to get in. If it had been a late arrival like we first expected and couldn’t get in contact with the owner standing around in the dark trying to get in it would have been a different story. The lock needs to be changed and clearer instructions given.
