The Space:
Enjoy the serenity of this beautifully renovated and well-appointed property, it was designed to reflect a coastal theme with shiplap walls, décor and furniture, curated to offer the most relaxing and enjoyable experience.
The Coastal Cabana features lots of white space to allow your eyes and mind to rest and recoup as you enjoy your time there.
The Cabana also offers all the amenities you'll need to make your stay homey and memorable as you enjoy your visit to the seaside.
The Coastal Cabana is the first of three cottages located on the same lot, the others are called The Coastal Cottage and The Coastal Shanty, and they are all situated in a prime location in Panama City Beach, all three are short term rentals.
The Cottages are in a nice quiet neighborhood called Sunnyside, just far enough away form the busy areas so as not to hear traffic or loud beach goers.
The Coastal Cabana has one free parking spot, if you have a truck or SUV it might be a bit tight.
Each property has some beach chairs inside for your use, plus there is a garden shed situated at the rear of the property, inside are items for you to use too, there is a small portable charcoal BBQ, umbrellas', buckets and spades and boogie boards.
The Cabana has a Smart Television and can be used to stream any streaming service you may have an account with, eg, Roku, Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc and there is an antenna installed to allow tenants to watch local channels too.
There is an area to use if you needed to work remotely, internet is provided.
The beach has a gated entrance just a few hundred yards down the street, as you enter you first walk along a sandy path through some sand dunes and then you're on the beach.
This property is pet friendly, there is a pet fee, we calculate the cost on a case by case basis, so please message us and tell us more about your pet or pets.
There is a maximum of two Dogs up to 50lbs each. A request for the pet fee will be sent separately the day of your arrival, this fee will not be included in your original price when you first book. Sorry, no cats allowed.
The property does not have a fenced in yard, or much of a grassy area, and the local beach is not pet friendly, but there are many other beaches close by that do welcome dogs.
