Snuggle up in front of a sparkling fireplace in our trademark, Carriage Bed elevated four feet off the ground with fairytale steps to ascend. Access a double bed that pulls out from underneath to accommodate additional guests or children.
Pamper oneself in the uniquely designed terracotta ensuite with a jet tub bubble bath or tranquil Spell Bath*. Other amenities include built-in entertainment centers in both the living room and master bedroom. The main bathroom enjoys a double shower.
Whether youโre looking for a private suite or something to accommodate a group of family or friends, The River Valley Haven is a newly redeveloped heritage building offering four full-service suites.
Each apartment is uniquely laid out with custom kitchens, fine woodworking, quality appliances, individual laundry areas, marble and hardwood floors, fireplaces and air conditioning. Gardens, BBQarea and parking surround the property. Choose which suite is best for you. Rent them individually or book the whole place!

โThe Guest is responsible for ensuring the TV remote is present upon exit.
โAny damages, stains, persistent smell to bedding, walls or furniture, missing items, and all other forms or acts that result in damages or loss to the premises will be charged against the Damage Deposit.
โThere is a $25 charge if the key isnโt returned. (for The River Blossom and Hidden Hollow Suite only)
โWe charge $25 per night for an additional guest.
โThere's a fee of $10 per person for Day-Guests.
โFor security and insurance purposes Day Guests or Extra Guests must be registered. Unauthorized Guest will result in a fine of $50 per diem with the Tenant being 100% liable for any damages or what could ordinarily result in an insurance claim.
โAll functions, gatherings, parties, or events are prohibited unless authorized in writing, as it requires additional insurance. Thereโs a fine for unauthorized events.
โThere is a parking pad for 2 cars on the side of the building in both the front and back, but only for one car per suite. Please park on one side or the other, so both can fit in. Street parking is also fine and if you are in the rear there is an empty lot immediately behind and just to the right of the building behind us which is also available to us for parking.
