Ideally located for enjoying numerous day trips: 25 minutes from L’Aiguillon-sur-Mer and Fontenay-le-Comte, 30 minutes from La Tranche-sur-Mer and La Rochelle, and 45 minutes from Île de Ré and Puy du Fou. O’Giss Park water park and O’Fun Park amusement park are 30 minutes away. Futuroscope is 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
A shopping center is 2 km away, and the town center is 3.5 km away, offering all amenities. Bowling, laser tag, escape rooms, a swimming pool, and restaurants are nearby.

Beautiful, bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and a sofa bed that sleeps 2 additional guests.
