Guest Access:
Guests have full, private access to the main house, bunkhouse, and all 76 acres. Self-check-in via keyless entry. Parking available for multiple vehicles, boats, or trailers.

Located in Eaton Rapids, this retreat feels remote but is easily accessible.
• 12 minutes to Eaton Rapids for groceries, shops, restaurants
• 30 minutes to Lansing or Jackson for day trips
• Under 2 hours to Detroit
Getting Around:
A vehicle is definitely recommended. The home is located just off Stimson Rd, with easy access to I-96 for trips to Lansing, Grand Rapids, or Detroit. The long private driveway makes parking easy, and there’s plenty of space for multiple vehicles, trailers, or ATVs.
