Modern country home with relaxing outdoor space with everything for your romantic or family getaway! Located just minutes from downtown Fredericksburg you get to enjoy everything this magical town has to offer but away enough from the crowds to be able to stargaze and enjoy the magical Hill Country with all its wildlife. This recently renovated house has an open floor plan concept. You walk in to the living room that opens up to the beautiful chef's kitchen and dining room.
The Space:
We designed this house to be able to sit around and enjoy your time inside or out. The back door takes you to the patio where we have a gas grill for your cookout and a chimney to enjoy and make memories. Next to the sitting area you will find some hammocks under the trees to relax and enjoy the peace. In the left front of the property a wood burning fire ring under the trees with some big rocks or chairs to sit around. When you are there the best part at night is to sit under the stars and watch. - 2.5 bathrooms; master bathroom with walk-in shower + soaking tub (jets are out of order), 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower + half bathroom with toilet/sink
- Full kitchen with a regular coffee maker & kettle + dishwasher
- 1 Samsung Smart TV in the living room
- Gas bbq grill (Backyard shared with the Guesthouse) Note: propane tank provided, but if it's empty you are responsible for refilling it, if needed.
- Washer/Dryer available
- Outdoor fire pit, BYO firewood (Back yard shared with the Guesthouse)
- EV Charger: Available upon request before check-in. It's located in the garage and requires a code. Please note that it's shared between the main house and guesthouse, and access will be granted to whoever requests it first.

Guests will have access to the main house, backyard amenities are also shared with the guesthouse guests located to the left of the main house.
