Summary: Beware - this hotel has two levels without an elevator - you must carry your own heavy luggage up many steps. They also do not ice available for your room unless you hike to the restaurant with an uninsulated small bucket several times a day, and only available during restaurant open serving hours - extremely inconvenient. There is also a surprise resort fee, for use of only a small acrylic hot tub. Location is OK on edge of town and hotel views are great, otherwise chose elsewhere for a stay in Banff that is more customer centric
