The Lookout is on the top floor of Quayside Court and offers stunning views across the estuary of the rivers Stour and Orwell.
Quayside Court, once the Great Eastern Hotel, is an impressive grade II listed building located in the heart of Old Harwich, sitting on the Quay opposite the Haโpenny Pier, where the steam packets used to come in for passengers to embark or disembark.
There are a huge variety of things to do in and around Harwich for all ages.
Stroll around Harwich with its unique Pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants or just sit and watch the activity at Felixstowe Docks across the river. Visit the Mayflower Project, visit the many heritage sites, walk the Heritage Trail or go crabbing on the pier. Just a few minutes walk away is the beautiful blue flag beach . Harwichโs many different festivals, held throughout the year, are very well supported and create a lovely atmosphere.
