Summary: Bunk beds and backyard playground were great foe our kids. We didn't need all of the bedroom space, but could have comfortably held 6 more adults. It was well set up and we appreciated the nice beds. It is in a good spot to visit north Colorado Springs. Some other details. We brought our dog, there eas a 50 dollar fee for him (not listed). Also, the company that manages it requires 35 dollar liability waiver. Range did work during our stay (refering to other comment).
