Positive: Location. Prime location right on the water, also very central to the main strip of town and walking distance to the pub and bowling club.

Negative: Simple things were missing in the house itself, like a chopping knife. Just limited, in terms of things that are there for cooking etc. Glad I packed our BBQ utensils and washing powder.
