The Space:
The first floor features a cozy living space with a big TV, convertible couch, dining area, and plenty of space for chill-laxin!
Down the hall is a fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances and all the cooking tools needed to whip up some delicious meals!
Upstairs you will find a secluded and spacious upstairs loft! Equipped with an ultra comfy bed and plenty of storage space for clothes.
The Neighborhood:
One of the oldest communities in the city, Soulard is today a largely residential neighborhood whose many businesses include restaurants, bars, and the North American headquarters of Anheuser-Busch, which houses the St. Louis Brewery. Half of the neighborhood north of Lynch Street is composed mostly of row homes and small apartments, with the Anheuser-Busch Brewery and headquarters occupying most of the land south of Lynch. Many of its houses date to the mid- to late-19th century. Soulard also has several historic churches. It is home to Soulard Farmers Market, the oldest farmers market[5] west of the Mississippi. More than a hundred vendors include farmers, produce vendors, meat shops, spice shops, florist shops, and food.
Getting Around:
You'll see that many locals have golf carts to quickly scoot around the Soulard neighborhood. Probably not traveling with a golf cart, are you? That's okay... While there is free street parking out front, we also have a few off-street spots behind the house -- which is RARE to find in Soulard. Of course you can walk to many of the local hot spots and Uber/Lyft to Downtown in a couple minutes.
