2018 46' x 30' boathouse located in Cypress Cove Marina canal. Large open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that will sleep 9-10. You also have access to the community pool while staying at the boathouse.
Located at 362 Cypress Point Rd Venice, La 70091. This is in the new area overlooking the cypress swamp. Take the first right on cypress cove road, through the gate by the blue condos, all the way to the end in slip 362. Park right behind The Stumble Inn
