Checkout by 10 AM: Our cleaners will arrive promptly, and late checkout may incur a fee of $50 per hour. Late checkouts may be accommodated based on our cleaners' schedule; please inquire the day before checkout.*
Leave the Place as You Found It: Help us maintain our home by replacing all furniture to its original location and following checkout instructions. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.*
Parking Pass: The parking pass is free for you to use during your stay. However, we ask that you please return it to its place before checking out. There is a $50 fee for any lost or damaged parking passes. Thank you for remembering to put the parking pass back upon check out!*

Packages and Mail: We do not accept responsibility for any mail or packages sent to the property before, during, or after your stay. We recommend arranging for any necessary deliveries to be sent to an alternative address or a secure pickup location.*
Children's Safety: Children must be supervised at all times, and guests are responsible for baby-proofing.*
