Positive: Great layout, comfortable, very convenient for exploring local area and walking distance to all of Melrose. Nice being able to take our dog.
Negative: Not much really, the proximity to the town means parking is not immediately close, but this only matters when loading & unloading the car though. Traffic noise can be heard but we didn't notice it too much.
