Positive: Very Clean and tidy , good facilities for tea coffee Good size room I was pleasantly surprised on my arrival

Negative: Shower pressure not great just took a little longer to wash and toilet flush was very short

Summary: I stayed one night before my surgery and felt very comfortable. Definitely pay attention to instructions on how to enter
