Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Delighful location in tiny village nice and quiet. Our room was excellent altough a couple of things needed attention. We didn't use the bar althoughit looked very homely. Tea and coff facilites were plentiful, the bed was clean

Negative: The walk form the bar through an archway to our room was dreadful with rubbish bins under the arch as well as all manner of other detritus such as an old fridge and various pieces of scrap metal, it looked like a tip, and despereately needs a lot of work to tidy the area up. In the room whilst very spacious and reasonably cleanand a king-size bed nice and clean, howevre there was no shelf in the bathroom put place one's items the only hook was on the door and almost falling off. The toilet cistern button was damaged and woudln't always turn off to stop the flow of water. There was no mirror in the bedroom, only one in the bathroom. We will certainly stay again but will hope the above have all been rectified when we do.
