Positive: Very friendly staff. They helped us communicate with the courier in Japanese when we left our bag somewhere in the city center!
Negative: Great if you are interested in the spa, but for visiting Fukuaka, it is a bit far from the city.
Summary: Very comfortable room, with friendly staff, not too close to city center.
