Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The view is incredible, the room very clean, cleaned everyday. Breakfast was good and served fast. We arrived earlier than our check in time but the receptionist allowed us to use the pool already, which was nice.

Negative: If you’re staying several nights, I would suggest to book a place more central, as Grab doesn’t work here for taxis. The road to access to the hotel is very hard and dangerous during the night with a lot of holes. We’re happy we found a taxi driver that was picking us up every time but you need to consider it in your budget. (100k one ride to the center) Staff was cold, nothing bad but we got used to Indonesians being very warm and welcoming. The shower was broken, and the property would need refreshment from the outside. Last 2 days there was a bad smell coming from the shower, the cleaning stuff tried its best to put some fresh smell though.
