With Sloans Lake ~2 miles away you'll get to experience everything our lake neighborhood has to offer from beautiful views to great brews. The West Colfax area has weekly summer markets and fantastic eateries that are all but a short bike ride away. And our space is less than 5 minutes away from the world-famous CASA BONITA!

Youll have access to your unit. In addition to your space, you'll share the backyard area with the other guest suite. The backyard area has a table and some chairs.
This is a basement level guest suite. There is also ANOTHER guest suite located across the hallway from yours. Please note both guest suites have deadbolts into their units.
The ceilings are around 7ft tall (if you are very tall, we would suggest a different short term rental).
