With gas ducted heating and evaporating ducted cooling throughout, this property features a well equipped open plan kitchen with a gas top stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and all untensils as well as 2 generous living spaces, one on each level of the house, and both with smart tv accessibility, CD players and DVD players. The upstairs living space also features a games table with accompanying jigsaws and games as well as bar fridge.
Within the property there are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 featuring queen sized beds and accompanying ensuites. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed and single bed, perfect for the kids or adiditonal guests. There is also a seperate bathroom connected with bath,shower and basin and also a seperate laundry with large top loader washer and accompanyingoutdoor clothes line.
