Summary: This place, as advertised, is a "diamond in the rough". Convenient, safe, rooms well appointed, ice nearby, restaurants nearby. My only issue was the parking.. REALLY crammed in at night, but parking on the street was no issue. Breakfast is somewhat subpar but the rooms were clean, and the price/value was fantastic.
