Summary: The room was very noce and clean and the property is very close to Gondola 1 and restaurants and walking trails and a kid’s plaground in Vail. However, the air conditioning doid not work in either of our rooms. They gave us a portable ac unit that would only work right if a sliding balcony door or window was open to vent the exhaust. Also, parking is $50 a night. It got up to 90 degrees during our stay in July. We ended up leaving two days early. They would not refund our $ because of the lack of air conditioner. There was a small hot tub and no pool. However, it would be a great place to stay in the winter—just not when it is hot.
