Summary: For the most part this place was GREAT! Good value and a nice facility. Plus, the host was just as nice as she could be. However, I am nearly 70 year old and have balance issues due to an injury a few years back. There are more than a dozen steps to get up to the house. The bottom 5 steps DO NOT have a hand rail, and are rather steep/tall. This is very bad for somebody with balance problems. If you are young, healthy and agile, this place would be fantastic. They should either add a hand rail at the bottom or include a warning in the advertisement.
