Positive: We booked an apartment last minute having unfortunately been caught out by a scam at a separate property in the city (a fake listing) - leaving us without any accommodation after already arriving. The gentleman who met us from the reception (when we rang) was very pleasant and professional - and he was able to offer us an apartment which exceeded our expectations from the initial booking, also in a wonderful central location. He offered some helpful recommendations which we tried out, and answered our questions. The reception was easy to contact if needed, but were happy to leave us to our own devices. Regular & thorough cleaning of the apartment, changing towels and bed linen. The toilet had a wet-room design with an open shower and underfloor heating (comfy in the cool weather). The kitchen was well supplied with equipment (and tea, coffee, sugar) - comfortable sofas and beds, dining table with chairs. A wonderful property, very pleasant staff - it saved our holiday in Trondheim - very high praise.

Negative: No concerns - excellent apartment and service.

Summary: Comfortable, roomy, great view & location.
