Positive: The boat is brand new and beautiful.
Negative: For a 5 star brand new boat the food was not good at all. The staff was very sweet but you could tell that several were not well trained. On our way back to the dock we were crammed on a smaller boat that boat died and we had to be towed back in. We were crammed like sardines in a hot sweltering boat for at least 20 minutes before a boat arrived to tow us in. I was concerned people would start passing out. You do not expect this for a 5 star experience and boat that is just a few months old. All we got was an "I'm sorry"
Summary: Unfortunately I cannot recommend this cruise to others for the price we paid.
