This beautifully decorated 2 bed/1 bath home is a treasure. Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready for gourmet cooking. The cottage sleeps 4 people. Each bedroom has high speed Wi-Fi and a desk. The living room is perfect for reading books or watching movies on our Smart TV. The renovated bathroom has stunning tile floors and a tile shower/tub.

Summary: It’s a super cute little property and was the perfect size for my teenage daughter and me. I loved how well appointed the space was. The neighbors are quiet and we even had lightning bugs as well as deer munching their way through the yard. The instructions for the home indicated that if the WiFi wasn’t able to connect upon arrival or anytime throughout our stay, we were to unplug and plug the modem in to reset it. We had no issue logging in the first evening, but by the next day we had no WiFi even after unplugging it and plugging it back in. The router wasn’t where they said it would be so I was concerned I unplugged the wrong device; I reached out to the host but I never heard back until the following day with the same troubleshooting instructions. They of course didn’t work, so we had WiFi for only the first several hours of our 3 days at the home. When I explained that, he didn’t respond until I followed up as we checked out asking for compensation for no wifi. It was super disappointing because that’s how the tv had access, and we couldn’t download show to our apps on our phones. The other thing I noticed was, although a clean home, there are some areas that have been ignored. Specifically in the bathroom; the wall across from the shower has hair and dust that have collected over time. If those things are taken care of I’d absolutely stay in the home again; the area was spot on for a quick tour of Chapel Hill!
